Kitchen/Living - As you enter this lovely home you are greeted by the main open living area featuring a generous sized kitchen with gas cook top and extra-large oven. Great for those that love cooking and entertaining!
Fully equipped with top quality modern appliances. Full size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full supply of serving utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. all provided!
Split type air-conditioning, heating as well as ceiling fans are featured throughout the home both upstairs and downstairs.
Outdoors - The outside area is a great place to relax on the leather couch or have your breakfast with the abundant bird life from the nature reserve that is your view. There is little yard, so the property is not suitable for small children. Although a pet would be considered on application.
UPSTAIRS: Three great sized bedrooms with generous walk-in robes & two bathrooms. (Third toilet located downstairs)
