Our Territory inspired luxury homestay boasts 5 spacious bedrooms including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV & a dedicated work space. Each room has been furnished with Sealy posturepedic beds that are dressed with hotel grade, professionally laundered linen for your comfort.

Our ground level home is fully gated & fenced which is perfect for families & those travelling with pets.
We have made sure to go above & beyond for our guests with adding those little extras to our home.

We want you & your family to have a relaxing, peaceful & memorable stay in our Top End escape! So if there is anything extra that you may need please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our home is fully secured for your peace of mind.
On your day of arrival we will send you a pin code which will give you access to your Top End escape! Entering the pin code will open the electric front sliding gate which will open fully giving you access to our large open driveway & double lock up garage.
The same pin code will also give you access to the front door of the property. Inside you'll find the house keys/buzzers to all doors, garage & front electric gate.
Check in times are from 10am & check out time is also 10am. If you are needing to change this at all please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll try our best to make it as convenient as possible for you & your family.

We have locked two cupboards at the end of the hallway for linen and two locked cupboards in the laundry for our cleaners. The rest of the property is accessible.

Our luxurious homestay is nestled in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood Cul-de-sac.
Please take it easy driving in and out of our Cul-de-sack as there are families out and about enjoying the dry season. We have plenty of car parks available at our residence including four spaces secured by a large gate with two of those spaces in a double lock up garage. Feel free to park out the front of the property but please keep off the grass as we have irrigation installed.
If you have no means of transportation, there is a bus interchange a short 20 min walk away. Taxis and Ubers are also an option.
Kindly understand that as we are located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood, excessive partying is not permitted.
If you are travelling with pets, please note that they are not allowed on any furniture & you will unfortunately be charged an extra cleaning fee if our cleaners find fur. We take pride in our home & want each of our guests to know that everything is clean to high satisfactory standards.
Smoking & vaping is permitted outside in the designated smoking area. Please do not smoke indoors.
