Drive up the sweeping red brick road and arrive at the house with plenty of parking for 4 cars. The front decking offers filtered views of the Belfast Lough and the ideal place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or as the sun sets fire up the Weber Q.
All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious, one king and three queen rooms. One of the bedrooms also contains a set of bunks. The master bedroom offers amazing sea views, walk in robe, ensuite and an understated feeling of grandeur.
There are 3 bathrooms at Iluka and the generous main bathroom comes with walk in shower. The back ensuite contains a large bath and the master ensuite a large walk in shower. Outside you can find a hot shower - perfect after a day on the beach - and outside toilet.You are really spoilt for choice with that little extra touch of extravagance we all love.
The heart of any house is the kitchen and living area and this home very much embodies that. This side of the house takes full advantage of the views with floor to ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with flowing counters meaning there is no reason for everyone not to pitch in and lend a hand! There is a large central column fireplace which separates the 10 seater dining room and living space.
