Hear the birds as you wake and the waves as you rest! Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sand dunes. Navigate your way to all that Warrnambool has to offer by foot, bike or car. All of this while being tucked away in a private location.
The space:
Upstairs: Open kitchen, living and dining. Balcony over looking the golf course and ocean. The dining table seats 8 as you look out the window towards the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped, high-quality appliances...coffee machine included! Master bedroom with balcony, ensuite and separate toilet.
Downstairs: 2 queen bedrooms - one with a balcony, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
Outside: 2 car spaces, fire pit, seating, bbq and gardens. Feel free to help yourself to any produce that may look ready to pick (vegie garden located up the lane included)
