The name says it all.. we are located in a quiet street in between Yarrawonga and Bundalong with only 5mins to each location.
The boat ramp is located at the end of our street about 750m from our house that offers public toilets and picnic spots.
We are within 100m from Lake Mulwala but not on waters edge. Guests have access to water via a public walking track directly across the road.
Family friendly house suitable for groups or families.
Locked up backyard and double garage for your boat and car storage.
Evaporative cooling along with a split system ac and wood fire for the winter months. I will supply wood for the fire for only Winter months.
Plenty of parking.
1st bedroom offers a King bed that dual enters into the bathroom.
2nd bedroom offers a queen bed.
3rd bedroom offers x2 bunk beds and a portacot.
Two toilets but bathroom only offers a shower with no bath. Baby bath available onsite.
Although the house is small it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Tea and Coffee available with a few condiments such as sauce, cooking oils, salt and pepper for your use.
Pets are to remain outside.
