Summary: Very impressed with my room. Immaculately clean, modern and everything I needed. I checked in around 3pm and although the check in was professional, there was no warmth or particular friendliness. My friends came to see around 6.15pm. Approached the front desk and asked same person who checked me in “could we ask your help”. The staff member said “no, go over there”, pointing to another desk. Disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Checkout was good. Friendly staff member and I actually commented to her that it was nice to have a friendly face on leaving. I would recommend the hotel for location, rooms and facilities
