Positive: The place was clean and the view was nice too
Negative: My flight landed late at night n i saw in the app the check in time is till 10pm so i msgd the property n called to inform them of my check in time at 9 30. No response, it felt like they didn't even care or remember that anyone booked their property. I never recieved any confirmation message from them and when they finally picked up the call they seemed indifferent, like they had no idea we were gonna arrive. When we reached A refundable security deposit of 200 bhat was taken and the reason i didn't understand. This was never disclosed at the time of booking. Also it was a shock as i didn't experience this with any other property. They charged 20 bhat to buy 1 600ml bottle , a whole pack of 10 bottles come at 60bhat so i don't understand the logic behind overcharging tourists. We were two ppl so obv 1L of water per day isn't gonna suffice. Even when we reached at check in first we had big bags it was me n my mom, i took all the bags to my room and nobody offered help, finally the host came but i asked him for my bag so that i could take it myself bcz i was already annoyed by that time, and he handed over it me immediately and didn't offer help. Just looked like he wasn't interested in helping out n did the bare minimum. The next day we had some food, we just wanted to warm it in the same container, i went to the reception that was connected to the kitchen , since i have her(the woman host) my food to warm n she went into the kitchen i just turned a little left to look in the kitchen and she shut the kitchen and immediately asked me to wait outside like i was there to steal something. I was just standing at the reception. After that she came and asked me for 50bhat just to warm the food for 3mins, i was shocked!!! Overall an unpleasant experience and bad hospitality, didn't face such things before. Good thing we had the place booked for just 2 nights. The place was clean and i didn't have any major concerns with the room.
