Take in the some of the best Ocean views you will ever find by stepping outside onto the large decking area set up with outdoor dining and sun bed. Watch the ships and prawn trawlers come and go into the Wallaroo port and at night Wallaroo and the Channel Beacons put on a magnificent light show from across the Bay. The sunsets over the ocean are second to none.
A short stroll from your front door will take you to the water with no roads to cross. Catch a feed of fish, crabs and squid or bring your towel and go for a swim at the pristine beautiful North Beach (a short stroll) and Snorkel the reef which is only a few metres off the shore or bring your kayak and paddle around the bay.
This North Beach holiday house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as plenty of living space to spread out. Is well equipped and features an air conditioner for the summer months as well as fans in all of the bedrooms and a wood fire for winter, there's also a pool table, board games and aplaystation for indoor entertainment. The second living area also hosts a second fridge and bar area.
As well as the outdoor entertaining area, there is a designated fire pit (not on fire ban days!) where you can sit around and listen to the ocean and look up at the magnificent night sky.
BYO linen (sheets, towels & tea towels) - all other bedding such as pillow and quilts etc are supplied. A portacot is also kept in the house.
Due to the Community Corporation By-Laws there are strictly no parties or events to be held on the property.
Max Occupancy is 8 guests. Bedding Configuration:
Bed 1: King Bed + pullout ottoman style single bed
Bed 2: Queen Bed
Bed 3: Queen bed with single bunk over the top
Pets are also welcome but please ensure you clean up after them andthey are kept off the furniture.
