The Beach House is a bright and beachy easy-living holiday home that's very close to the beach. Just two doors down!
It's a two-storey gem with huge enclosed backyard and loads of room for up to two families, with plenty of parking and spaces for surfboards, bikes and holiday games.
Linen is included.
One bag of wood for the indoor fire is supplied in WINTER only. Bags of wood and kindling can be purchased from the local service stations and hardware store.
One small to medium-sized dog is welcome on request only and Pet Booking terms and conditions apply.
* Please note that traffic noise from a nearby major road does carry across to this house, although the streets immediately surrounding the property are very quiet.
LAYOUT
Downstairs has a shower, separate toilet and laundry.
Upstairs you will find the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge plus four bedrooms and a shared bathroom with large shower recess and toilet.
The living area opens out onto the main deck and BBQ area that overlooks the front garden.
In the backyard, you will find a huge lawn area, Hills Hoist and outdoor seating area around a winter fire pit, plus outdoor shower to wash off after being at the beach.

There are three queen bedrooms with ceiling fans to sleep six adults.
There is also a bedroom with two single beds to sleep two people.

Upstairs there is a shared family bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs there is a small shower recess off the laundry, with a separate toilet also off the laundry.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED or you may face eviction if we receive a noise complaint.
Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.
