Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great. There was plenty of room in the house. The air conditioning worked well. The check in process was easy and we had no trouble gaining access to the property. It is a very private location with great views.

Negative: The kitchen utensils were absolutely filthy and so was the oven. We couldn't use either while we were there, so we had to go out to eat. It was like everything had been thrown in the cupboards and you had to hunt for what you needed. The towels were basically rags and we weren't provided with hand towels in the bathrooms. The linen on the beds was of really poor quality, as was the pillows and doonas. It seemed like they had gotten everything from target. It was of a very low standard than is usually supplied at the holiday houses I have stayed at before, especially at the amount they charged us per night. The house was dusty and had just had the most basic clean. I cleaned the leaves out of the pool when I got there myself so we could swim. One of the bathrooms had a shower screen that didn't work, so it flooded every time we used it. The wifi stopped working on the second night.
