- In bus: Se preferite un'opzione più veloce, potete prendere il bus n. 6 o n. 14 dalla stazione e scendere alla fermata "Colonna Liceo Michelangelo". Da lì, l'appartamento è a soli 400 metri, ovvero 5 minuti a piedi.
Se arrivate in auto:
Essendo situato nel centro storico, l'appartamento si trova all'interno della ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato). La ZTL è attiva dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 07:30 alle 20:00, il sabato dalle 07:30 alle 16:00, mentre la domenica l'accesso è libero in qualsiasi ora.
Per evitare multe, vi consiglio di parcheggiare in uno dei garage autorizzati, come Florence Parking o Garage Italia, che si trovano in via Fiesolana, al costo di circa 35 euro al giorno. Se parcheggiate in uno di questi garage, potrete entrare tranquillamente nella ZTL senza problemi.
Direttamente sull'autostrada A1 c'è il parcheggio Villa Costanza direttamente collegato alla linea T1 della tranvia. Il costo del parcheggio è di 7 euro al giorno oppure 20 euro a settimana. In appena 22 minuti si arriva alla Stazione Santa Maria Novella, nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze. Tram in partenza ogni 6/8 minuti. Per il turismo, per lo shopping e per il business, Villa Costanza è la porta d’accesso ideale a Firenze. Il biglietto della tramvia costa 1,70 euro a persona e lo potete usare anche sugli autobus. Hanno una durata di 90 minuti. E' possibile anche pagare con carta contactless direttamente a bordo.
In alternativa, se preferite un parcheggio più economico, potete utilizzare le strisce blu al di fuori della ZTL, che costano circa 2 euro all'ora, dalle 08:00 alle 20:00, e sono gratuite di notte.
