Positive: Lets start with the owner: Perfect service and smiling and welcoming. When we had accidentally switched the water heater of, he was very fast helping us through text messages, and he was smiling and welcoming when we first arrived 10 out og 10 for the nice gentleman. The Pool was fantastic, - and the apartment is very close to both beach and town. Perfectly placed. The barbeque-arrangement was used several times and we loved it.

Negative: To be honest the apartment seems a bit “worn down” The kitchen needs to be upgraded. And the bed in the master bedroom is broken (the frame) and the madres is very hard (which was ok for me, but hard on my wifes back). The lack of wifi wasn’t as expected this day and age, and even though we loved the air condition, it was VERY noisy. Also it is ok to advertise that you have access to flat screen TV. But the TV was hardly bigger than a laptop, and all channels were Italian. Nothing for your international guests

Summary: Great price and service but "worn down". 3 of 5 all in all. Should be upgraded, but great potential
