Cape Paterson features beautiful beaches with rock pools and a surf life saving club. The town is quiet and boasts a peaceful and relaxing feeling. The open plan kitchen, dining and living is fully equipped, you will find everything you need is there, including a coffee machine, slow cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and more electric cookware, the living area has a smart tv with sound system and a split system is present to cool or warm the house.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and features a Queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, ceiling fan and a desk if you need to work or catch up on emails.
The second and third bedroom both features built in robes, Double beds and a single bed in each, ceiling fans and bedside table with lamp. These two bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom which has shower, vanity and toilet.
The laundry has plenty of storage and washer/dryer combined.
One of the best features is that the garage has been converted in to a game’s room/ hangout area, table tennis is set up for your use along with a fold out couch and large TV for entertainment. This area opens up into the courtyard where a family BBQ can be enjoyed.
You can also bring your fury friend as the property it pet friendly outside only.
