HOUSE RULES:
1. Please remove your shoes upon entering the house to help keep the floors clean. 2. Treat the furniture and household items with care, especially the couches.
3. Smoking rules apply to outside only. No smoking inside the house.
4. Keep doors shut to prevent bugs entering the house, especially the basement door. 5. Close the hot tub cover if not actively using it.
6. No food or drinks in the pool or hot tub.
7. Dispose garbage in tightly sealed bags in the correct bin.
8. If you spill anything, please clean it up promptly to avoid stains or damage.
9. Avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Items such as wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, and other debris can cause blockages and damage the system.
10. Be mindful of water usage. Running large amounts of water consecutively can overwhelm the well system.
11. Use designated tins underneath the sink to pour cooking oils instead of pouring it down the drain.
12. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
