This floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen, meals and family, front balcony, guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe.
Downstairs is a living room, three good size bedrooms and main bathroom.
The creature comforts include 3 split system air conditioners, ceiling fans & off street parking. Close to (approx): Golf Course: 100m, Beach (600m) Tavern (1km) & More.
Bed configuration is as follows; 2 x Queen, 4 x Single Beds.
You will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage.
