Som House Villas 1 & 2 are centrally located in the heart of Shoal Bay, a coastal town in the region of Port Stephens, New South Wales.
Shoal Bay is a wonderful summer and winter retreat, set in a quiet location, with a huge range of activities to enjoy - swimming, surfing, fishing, para-sailing and of course, enjoying time with all the family.
Villas 1 and 2 are clean and welcoming units, centrally located and are in close proximity to all of the shops, restaurants, beaches and pubs that Shoal Bay has to offer.
- Both villas are fully air conditioned and heated using multiple split systems, with the addition of ceiling fans to bedrooms and living areas for those warmer nights.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms are made up by our cleaners with fresh new linen before your arrival, with generous sized bathroom towels and hand and body wash soap provided for all guests.
- Laundry amenities come complete with top loader washer, dryer and washing powder, to ensure a comfortable holiday away from home.
