Whether you plan to get out and about, to the Penguins, Cowes or the grand prix track or just relax and walk to Smiths Beach, this is your ideal base.

This modern home has a large balcony, three large spacious bedrooms all with Robes plus the garage which has been walled in and carpeted and setup as a bunkroom, master with full King Size Bed, WIR and Ensuite. The property has 8 beds and sleeps a maximum of 10. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed whilst the third bedroom contains 2 singles. Both the upstairs living room and bunkroom have modern TV & DVD players. A second bathroom downstairs and fully equipped laundry with washer/dryers provide easy access to the enclosed yard. Upstairs the Master bedroom consists of a king size bed with full WIR and Ensuite. Large open space Living and modern functional kitchen compliment the design with D/washer, microwave and wall oven. Large Dining area accommodates 9 -10, extension for table available on request. Split heating/cooling. A large carport for boat/car/trailer is also situated on the property. Outdoor shower.

Smiths Beach is close to Grand Prix circuit, Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Golf Club, Koala Sancturary, Amaze n things and all other attractions Phillip Island has to offer.
House is available for weekly or weekend stays all year round. Shorter or longer stays can be arranged.
