The Siesta Park Villa is a superbly appointed self contained holiday property at Siesta Park on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. Located halfway between Dunsborough and Busselton, Siesta Park is well known for its long white beaches and calm waters. Popular for crabbing, fishing, boating and beach walks or just chilling out away from the bustle of Dunsborough and Busselton, but still close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. A delightful spot for a family holiday. For all those fishing fans, this is the place to be when the snapper are running and they can be caught from the beach.
Directly across from the beach, this property is set on a 6000m2 of sweeping lawns and beautiful landscaped gardens surrounded by shaded peppermint trees, which it shares with a second, private holiday residence. The two properties are attached, but enjoy their own privacy. Both residences have the use of a full size grass tennis court, a basketball hoop and swings for the little ones.
The villa is well suited to a smaller family, four adults or a romantic get away for two. A noticeable attribute of this private villa is the light, spacious rooms with high ceilings. The generously sized master bedroom has a king bed, and large walk-in wardrobe. The second guest sleeping area has a king bed (can be made into two singles on request). With sliding doors and lovely views over the garden this is a lovely fresh airy room. There is also a study area which can sleep another 2 people in single beds if required. Please be aware that this area does not have a door, but a privacy wall to partition it from the open dining/lounge/kitchen area. It is the perfect sleeping space for kids. Quality linen and furnishings is a feature throughout.
The main bathroom comes off the master bedroom, and has a bath tub, shower, vanity and separate toilet. Please note that all guests have to go through the master bedroom to access the main bathroom, but there is a second, separate toilet/powder room at the entry end of the villa.
The attention to detail is continued in the open plan living area with gourmet kitchen (quality fittings) and large timber dining table. Two large comfortable lounges beckon you to lay back and enjoy a good book or DVD. Ducted heating and cooling make the house very comfortable all year round. A private outdoor courtyard with BBQ* and outdoor setting is perfect for alfresco dining.
* we have provided a gas BBQ in the courtyard, as the original brick BBQ no longer works.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
