Access & Building
The apartment is on the third floor, accessed via two flights of external stairs (no lift). A digital lock makes coming and going easy so no worries about losing keys in the sand! The Invisigard front security screen door allows oceans breezes to flow though while keeping you safe. The building is a classic coastal complex however the interior has had a complete 2025 modern renovation. Updates to shared areas are planned soon.

If bookings permit, we will endeavour to offer you an early check in or late check out as we understand how precious time away is.
All linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.
We have kept our cleaning fee to a minimum which covers standard cleaning. Additional charges apply for excess rubbish, stains, breakages, or smoke residue. This includes any cleaning or damage caused by tanning products (e.g stains on linen, towels, upholstery, or surfaces). Make up face cloths are provided for your use.
Guest numbers must not exceed 4 people.
We have a firm no smoking and no pets policy.
Strictly NO PARTIES or functions as this will result in immediate termination of your booking and loss of all monies paid.
