A very warm welcome to "Shearwater".

The house is set right on the beach at Surf Beach in Batemens Bay, NSW. Walk out the back gate, and 20 seconds later you are on the sand!
It is a two level house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as either twin single beds, or one king bed in each on request. There are also two port-a-cots at the house that can be set up for no extra charge (although you will have to bring your own linen for the cots, as we can't get our supplier to do sheets that small!).
Two of the rooms (including the Master suite) have an ensuite, which makes the house ideal for two families to share their holiday together with separate spaces for the parents and up to 6 kids between them.
The four bedrooms downstairs now also have reverse cycle air conditioners to help make your stay even more comfortable.
The house has everything you need for a quiet getaway for a small group or couple, to a gathering of up to 10 friends!
There is a large open plan kitchen, living/dining area upstairs with a covered outdoor area with a BBQ right off the dining room area.
We have Foxtel upstairs including Fox Sports, and there is now free wifi at the house as well. There are board games, some DVDs and a playstation 4 that can be used during your stay.
The house has a double garage with internal access and parking on the property for another 3-4 cars, or a small trailer boat.
Reliable wireless internet now available too.
