The light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining area offer ample room to gather for meals and conversation, all while enjoying views across the calm waters of the lagoon.
Whether you`re sipping your morning coffee on the deck, enjoying a BBQ in the undercover verandah, or sipping a glass of wine on the half-circle outdoor lounge, the water is always just a glance away.
The master suite is a peaceful sanctuary with a king-size bed, its own TV, and a neat ensuite, while the additional two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single bunk beds— provide flexibility for up to 10 guests. The main bathroom includes a shower, a deep bath and a separate toilet.
The laundry through the backyard includes a washing machine, and driveway parking is available for at least four vehicles or a boat. With spacious indoor-outdoor living zones and reverse-cycle cooling, Serenity 24 is designed for making memories in every season.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
