The property is 2km to the beach and 160m to the Hillview Community Reserve. The reserve backs onto the National Park and offers farm and sea views. Wildlife abounds - including the occasional kangaroo! Explore the dam, picnic area with BBQ and a long pump track for adrenaline junkies - suitable for bikes, scooters and skateboards.
When you tire of the beach and bush walks, unwind at one of the many local wineries, less than a 10 minute drive away - or stay at home and relax with a wine on the balcony, watching the ships glide across the bay.
This property is dual residency and Seaview Jade is the top floor apartment. You will have your own private entrance and your own 2 car spaces in front of the garage doors. The private balcony and courtyard out the back are for your use only. The only shared space is the front viewing deck.
