At the rear of the property is a huge flat fenced lawn, ideal for the kids to play, or even the adults for the grudge family cricket match, while upstairs is a balcony front and back for kicking back taking in the sea breeze.
For those requiring a place with easy mobility, the downstairs part of the house has no steps to access, and there's a kitchenette, but the main kitchen is upstairs.
NOTE: there are no internal stairs at this property, so upstairs is accessible from an external staircase in the car port.
