5 bedrooms, two downstairs and three upstairs, all with Queen size beds, four bedrooms with built in robes. The main bedroom has a large TV and walk in robes. This home has two bathrooms one with bath and discrete shower bay, and a separate toilet, the other has a toilet and shower and is located near the main bedroom. There is also a separate toilet downstairs as well. Also on the ground floor is the laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with gas hot plates, electric stove, microwave, and large modern fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen is the dining area is the dining room, with extra chairs. There is a very spacious living room with quality, comfortable furniture, and large smart TV, as well as a study/reading nook off the lounge room.
Off-street parking for two cars, free on street parking. Excellent heating with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area, with heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom ensure your keep comfortable in the colder months.

Lutana is a lovely suburb close to the city centre, the Northgate Shopping centre and the bridge. You have water views almost anywhere in Lutana. Busses connect you to the rest of Hobart and shopping. Plenty of street parking and the car takes you to town in just 5 minutes. It has local stores a hotel with bottleshop and a number of parks, golf course and playgrounds all with walking distance. A great and quiet place to stay.
Getting Around:
To fully experience the best of Hobart and surrounding areas it's better to have a vehicle. There is a bus service that travels into the city if you would rather use public transport. Taxis are available and Uber also services Hobart.
