Perched on a green hill in a dominant position with open views, this ancient and majestic farmhouse overlooks the enchanting valley of Marsciano and Deruta, giving guests an immense and very pleasant panoramic view, enjoying your stay here in Umbria in a unique atmosphere , immersed in the Umbrian countryside a few kilometers from Perugia, where the smells of the countryside and the quiet reign supreme.
The farmhouse is made up of two units which, combined into a single group, form a large apartment with 6 rooms in total and 2 dining rooms plus the tavern on the ground floor and all the spaces in the garden (fenced).
Recently renovated in a modern way, it has maintained its original characteristics of a past where in the tavern you would have found cellars and cattle.
The Casale delle Stelle will still transmit to you that past that its walls still preserve.
The property is surrounded by a vast garden with a wonderful panoramic swimming pool, max. 1.50 m, equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs.
It is possible to use the barbeque (with charcoal) and the spacious tavern on the lower floor.
It is not in an isolated position, loud music is prohibited as are shouting and noisy parties, the concierge is also present 24 hours a day (July-August) and will be at your disposal for any eventuality.
