The Space:
With three bedrooms this fully equipped home comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus an additional 2 children.
Spacious open plan living continues onto an expansive, covered deck and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
There is a main bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds.
The house has ducted air-conditioning & heating throughout. There is a fully size laundry with washer and dryer and a separate WC.
The property is fenced with a gate at the driveway and there is ample parking. The deck is surrounded by large native trees making it the ideal retreat for your Margaret River getaway.

Other things to note:
Number of guests: The house is only approved by the shire to have 4 adults, the house can comfortably sleep 6 guests - eg. 4 adults & 2 children, 2 adults and 4 children.
Linen: please note, we have changed our fee structure. If your booking was made after the 27th of June, linen is included in your booking. If you booked before the 27th of June, linen is NOT included in your booking. Doonas and pillows are provided but the sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels are not included. All of this can be added after your booking is confirmed for an additional $20 per person. Please let us know if you need linen at least 7 days before arrival.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
