Guests must provide photo ID to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental and for COVID regulations. Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
