Newly available to rent! Uniquely located apartment right by the beautiful Porticciolo beach. The patio overlooks the ocean and private garden going all the way down to the beach, which can be reached within 2 minutes by a small walking path.
The apartment can be reached by walking 96 steps (yes, we counted) down from the (dirt) road which leads to Rio Marina, a cute little town where the ferry arrives from the mainland. The drive to town is 7 minutes. Or a 45 minute walk.
The apartment has been freshly renovated and is in excellent condition. There is heating, so it can also be used during the colder months. Right above it there is another larger apartment which also can be rented on AirBnB. If available both apartments can be booked for a large family (up to 10 people) or for vacationing with your friends.
The porch is completely private. There is a sitting patio on the side with a lovely view. This is shared with the second apartment.
The apartment is lovely and the location is excellent if you enjoy being in nature and next a lovely beach which is somewhat off the radar. However, you will have to carry your groceries down from the road and if you come without a car the walk to the town Rio Marina is nearly 45 minutes. (7 Minutes by car and about 15 minutes by bike)
There are five parking spaces by the road right next to where the path leads down to the house. However, in summer these are not always free because of people visiting the beach. Then it is necessary to park on the side of the road.
