Wake up from a fantastic sleep with the sounds of nature in a quiet neighbourhood at the foothills of Mt Coolum. Master room & Queen room spill out onto your front Verandah via custom french doors on each bedroom.
Perfectly set up for dog owners, fully enclosed fenced yard, lots of lawn, close to dog beaches and dog friendly walking tracks.
You will enjoy the pool warmed by Queensland sunshine thanks to its solar heating capacity of up to 36 degrees.
You will notice Mount Coolum from your front verandah which has some lovely bush trails, with the beach a 5 minute drive away. Only a short drive into Coolum central if you wish to shop, dine and make your way further North.
Plenty of public transport available close by if required. Buses, Uber, taxis etc. Council buses travel to Coolum and Noosa and also south to Maroochydore. Sunshine Coast airport is only 9km drive from the house.
The Space:
Kitchen/Dining - Fully equipped with modern appliances. Full size fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee pod machine & pods, full supply of serving utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans. Basic condiments such as; tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. all provided!
Bedroom 1 - King Bed.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Bedroom 3 - Double + single bunk
(consisting of 1 double bed with single on top)
Other special inclusions:
- dog house, water and food bowls
- dryer in the unlocked shed

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Your family can kick back on the serene back deck by having a BBQ and watching the sunset.
Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

The Neighborhood:

Coolum is a relaxed beachside village community, only 20 minutes north of Maroochydore and 20 minutes south of Noosa Heads. Coolum is an open beach, with a patrolled surf beach as well as bays and Mount Coolum which makes it a great place for holiday makers and residents alike. Lagoda Drive is nestled in a beautiful quiet family orientated street close to local shops, cafes, yoga studios and golf club. Enjoy calling yourselves a local for awhile.

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
Please note that the pool is solar heated but not electronically boosted, meaning whilst it is a heated pool the temperature is still subject to weather conditions. Multiple factors will impact upon the temperature of the swimming pool during the winter months. On average solar pool heating will increase your pool temperature by 5 – 15 degrees than it's current temperature.
