Summary:
With its captivating views of the Mersey River and sweeping green hills which surround Devonport, it's hard to believe you are in Tasmania's third largest city! Enjoy the view and tranquility on your private deck amongst the trees and meet some of the local wildlife as a family of pademelons visit the magnificent gardens of an afternoon.
With modern conveniences including reverse cycle heating and cooling systems as well as wifi, you will find all you need and more at this beautiful property.
The Space:
From the moment you step inside you are welcomed by your bright and sunny home away from home.
Walking in through the front door you will find a beautifully appointed master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe on your left. The main open plan living and dining area is straight ahead when you come in and there is a comfortable private and snug living room adjacent to it. From this area you can access the deck through the sliding door. The kitchen is located on your left. Plenty of natural light fills the house.
The second and third bedroom are located on the other side of the main living area. Both are spacious queen bedrooms with build in robes. As an added bonus there is a dedicated work space in bedroom 3 for those wishing to work from the property.
On the far end is the family bathroom which has both a shower and a bath for your convenience.
In this part of the house you will also find laundry facilities in the hallway. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.
Through the backdoor a whole other world awaits with a deck boasting fabulous views of the river. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the backyard with mature trees and scrubs. Every season will provide you with beautiful colours in the garden. At the bottom of the garden there is another viewing platform where you can sit and sip your favourite beverage while enjoying the gentle flow of the Mersey River.
All of this within a 10 minute drive to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal, we look forward to hosting you.
