Fantastic high ceilings and sun filled rooms make for a great escape. Three good sized bedrooms, bathroom (including deep bath & shower), ensuite and an open plan living area. This includes an extendable dining table, comfortable L-shaped lounge and modern kitchen with stainless steel applicances and a european laundry.
Entire house has ducted gas floor heating and a split system air conditioner in the living area to keep you cool on those hot summer days. There is also a ceiling fan in the living area along with fly screens on all windows & doors so the summer breeze can flow through.
Wall mounted TV with built in blu ray DVD player and PVR recorder. Also a Playstation 2, stereo, CD player and radio to listen to your music on.
The front deck is bathed in sunshine and the back deck is the place to cool off in the shade.
Single carport with remote control roller door. Room for children to play in the backyard which is fully fenced with a child lock on gate. There are 5 bikes to ride and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.
The home sleeps up to 8 people, ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. Perfect for a shared family holiday. (Maximum adults-6)
Only 6 minutes walk to the pristine white sands and turquoise water of McCrae beach.
Red Door Retreat is also 6 minutes walk to McCrae Plaza with a cafe, Coles supermarket, post office, liquor shop, & bakery.The McCrae lighthouse, children's playground and many great restaurants are just a stroll away!
