Summary: Rancho de Lelo is located about a 30-minute drive from Monteverde, in the peaceful village of San Luis. The ranch is family-run by Lelo and his three adult children, which creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The staff are exceptional, and the breakfasts are both generous and delicious. It’s an ideal place to unwind in the evenings after a day of exploring Monteverde and the surrounding area. This is an excellent choice for families. The cabins are thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. We stayed in a unit with two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen and living space—perfect for traveling with children. The mountain views are beautiful, and the night sky is spectacular, making it a memorable place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
