Welcome to Quindalup Beach Quarters. This delightful holiday home is within walking distance to Geographe Bay, and is bordered at the back of the property by Toby's Inlet.
Upon entering the home, you ascend the stairs into the main dining and living area. This area is cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioner, and warmed by a woodfire in winter. The floor-to-ceiling front windows fill this space with light. The master bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen and living area opens out onto the upstairs balcony with views over Toby Inlet and the bushland, an endlessly entertaining playground for your furry friend. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.
There is a Nespresso pod machine in the kitchen, please BYO pods.
Downstairs are another 3 bedrooms, bedroom 2 and 3 with queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunks. Please note that these bunks are only suitable for children, adults will not fit in these bunks. On the lower level, there is also a small kitchenette, sitting area with TV, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is a single detached garage available for guest use.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise may result in a forfeit of your bond.
