This is a dual dwelling property, Me , my husband and our special family member, Milly, a super smart dog live in another two story building at the front. Our street is absolutely waterfront, with an abundance of walkways, parks, bike paths, local coffee shops, etc.

The north facing two bedroom house has front and back screen doors, the sea breeze make the house cool and comfortable in hot weather, plus you can jump into the pool to cool down. Both bedrooms have Air conditioners installed, Linen, Towels, Shampoo, etc. are provided. The kitchen is fully equipment with basic cooking source, and Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits are include as well.

Maximum occupancy limit is four person at anytime.
