Unit 8 is located on the 2nd floor with stairs. There is an undercover secure parking with one allocated spot. Pumicestone chase also offers a waterfront pool which can be seen from your balcony.
There is an excellent range of dining-out options available nearby too. Happy Valley & Kings Beach are close by and are also popular spots for swimming.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings made after the 1st of July 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to made the beds. If booked prior to the 1st of July 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w. (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
