● This is a private room for rent in a home of 4 bedrooms which has no living room (the host's family is living downstairs with a separate entrance).
There are 3/4 bathroom on 1st floor upstairs, and 1/4 bathroom with kitchenette downstairs located inside the laundry at the back of the house (it listed 1.5 bathrooms because there is no option on Stayz for accurate 3/4 & 1/4 bathrooms to be listed)
Guests have their own rooms, but shared the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, back and front yards with other guests, the hosts and the host's family.
P/S: It's not a kid's friendly environment and there is no childproofing. the slide at the backyard isn't in good condition to use. Please be aware that if you decide to book to stay with your kids, you are taking full responsibility for any potential risk that can cause accidents to your kids during your stay. thank you.
