The main living area has ample seating for everyone in the family and the dining table comfortably seats 10. This home caters for large family get togethers over the holidays. The kitchen has everything you need including a pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop.
The home has four bedrooms all with queen size beds. Three bedrooms have a ceiling fan installed, ready for the warm days and nights. The main bathroom, ensuite and laundry have been newly renovated.
Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area, with private seating for 8. This area is directly accessible via a sliding doors from the living area and the master bedroom. The local birds love to visit.
The home has a secure garage and a large parking area that caters for several cars, as well as a boat.
The home has easy access to dog friendly Wimbie Beach and it's a 3 minute stroll via a nature corridor. The patrolled Surf Beach and unpatrolled Denham's beach are 10 minutes walk. The local shops at Surf Beach offer a supermarket, take-away food options, hair salon, bottle shop and chemist.
