This beautiful home comfortably accommodates 8 guests with additional comforts including split system heating and cooling, a gas log fire, Wifi, Foxtel, Netflix, 2.5 bathrooms, and off street parking.

The kitchen and living room:
The open plan layout in this beautiful contemporary home comprises a very impressive dream kitchen with quality appliances and stone bench tops while overlooking the spacious living and dining area. Featuring gas hotplates, double electric ovens, a dishwasher, microwave, butler’s pantry, coffee machine, and an expansive central breakfast bar with stools. The adjoining living and dining room incorporates comfortable furnishings complete with split system AC, a cosy gas log fire, a large screen Tv and direct access to the alfresco living and dining. A second living retreat is located upstairs and captures the afternoon sun and some bay views.

The bedrooms and bathrooms:
There are 4 stunning bedrooms, each with a luxurious king size bed, split system AC, plenty of wardrobe space, and a fabulous full ensuite with a double vanity to the downstairs master. The upstairs bathroom has a deep soaking bath, a separate rainwater shower, and double vanity. A powder room/third toilet is located on the ground floor.

Fabulous outdoor living extending beyond the indoor living through wide bifold doors. This fully weather protected entertaining area incorporates a Gas BBQ and lounge and dining furnishings to enjoy through all seasons.

The local cafes, restaurants and pizza shop are a five minute walk and the Dava hotel is a 15 minute walk. Bring your runners or walking shoes and follow the foreshore beach track which extends from Mornington to Dromana. World class golf courses and wineries are all located within short driving distance. There is a double garage with internal access plus additional driveway parking available.
