Positive: WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Strategic location for beaches, wine farms, Saturnia thermal baths, quintessential villages such as Magliano, Porto Santo Stefano, Manciano. Everything is clean. Room is very well furnished and relaxing, including the bed which is really comfortable. The staff is kind and responsive. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and great food! This place exceeded our expectation. We travel often in this area of Maremma and we can say with any doubts that this is the best place where we had never stayed in the region! 100% recommended
