The home has a swimming pool and outdoor setting as well as a large integrated open plan living/dining/kitchen area and two separate lounge rooms. It is only a short drive from Caloundra and its shops, restaurants and beaches and the property`s central location can be used as a base to explore the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.
