The Cottage has a very laid back, casual feel. It is great for couples, families and is a big hit with our furry friends. (SMALL DOGS ONLY.)
Our place is close to the beach (200 m), the town and world famous wineries. You will love the cottage because you can sit on the deck in the large, fully enclosed backyard surrounded by beautiful trees, birds and possums at dusk. You will enjoy the open plan living area with its spacious kitchen, the comfy, newly furbished bedrooms and the outside garden shower.
The location of the property is perfect as it is on a very quiet street but within easy walking distance of shops, beach (200 m away) and a walking/cycling path. We are just a stroll from the local coffee shops, bars and cafes and a short drive from world famous wineries.
Our cottage has a very casual, country feel because of the very quiet location, the size of the block and the lovely trees on the property. We have also completed some fabulous upgrades to the property which our guests are loving.
The patio area has a BBQ and you will enjoy sitting on the deck in the large, enclosed backyard, surrounded by beautiful trees and birds. There are endangered ring-tail possums living in the backyard trees which come out at dusk.
It is a great location for children to play and a safe area for the family pet.
You will love the open plan living area with cathedral ceilings, the spacious new kitchen, the comfy, newly furbished bedrooms and the outdoor shower in the garden.
All the comforts of home are available, including rev cycle air conditioning, fans and a lovely wood fire for the winter.
The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate and plenty of storage space.
There is a large smart TV, DVD and a selection of DVD's and games. Our sound system will suit most devices. We do not provide Wifi.
The bedrooms (Queen room and Double room) have built in robes. Doonas and pillows are on all beds with electric blankets provided in winter.
The outside studio has 3 single beds and a powder room and makes a great area for children.
The laundry has a washer and dryer.
There is one bathroom, 2 toilets and a lovely outdoor shower area in the garden, adjacent to the studio (hot and cold) water.
A Portacot and high chair are supplied free of charge.
Guests supply their own towels and bed linen.
LINEN is available for hire at an extra charge of $25 pp, except during the busy Christmas holiday period.
Parking is down a long driveway at the side of the cottage and there is ample room for your boat.
To align with the conditions of registration with the City of Busselton, the following is required:
The maximum number of guests must not exceed SEVEN.
NO MORE THAN 6 ADULTS PERMITTED. (Although the cottage will sleep 7, it is not suitable for 7 adults.)
No visitors are permitted at the premises after 10pm.
Dogs must not be left unattended at the premises at any time.
SMALL DOGS only by arrangement with owner.
During leaver’s period- late November/early December, the cottage is unavailable. Booking requests for this period will not be accepted.
A cleaner/caretaker fee of $100 applies to all bookings. (Additional cleaning charges may be made if the cottage is left in an untidy or dirty manner.)
CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us immediately.
Part or all of your bond deposit may be non-refundable depending on the dates of your booking, how much notice is given and whether the cottage can be re booked.
