There are three levels, fully air conditioned, with 6 large bedrooms, 2 full master suites, & 5 bathrooms. Linen & towels included.

Parking for up to 5 cars, driveway is a steep, approach from the left side helps.
There are a lot of stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs.
You will be able to access the entire house except a few cupboards we use for cleaning supplies.Note all houses require maintenance so if this occurs during your stay we will do our best to have this rectified as soon as possible.
As per Noosa Council's code of conduct please ensure you go inside after 9pm to respect our neighbours right to quiet evenings. All sliding doors must be closed to avoid noise travelling , the pool and spa close at 9pm.
Parties or events are not allowed, no noise after 9pm, and you must be 21 to book. Strict Noosa Council code of conduct applies.
