The Space:
Recently renovated, beautiful finishes throughout. Amongst coffee shops and restaurants or have a BBQ on the large outdoor area overlooking Fitzroy Gardens (Kings Cross Water fountain). Use the gym and indoor pool. Aircon/heating, fan in master. Under cover secure parking.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property! No access to the Bike. It will be locked.
We have a concierge who can be helpful.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
We are in the classy street but with the action of Kings Cross. Wander down to the waters edge at Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bays or picnic in one of the many nearby parks. Too many restaurants to cover in a short stay, some of the best in Sydney. Walk to supermarket, chemist and train.
Getting Around:
Leave your car in the secure car park underneath and get around on public transport. Buses leave around on each corner and the train is 7 min walk. Perfect.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
