This home has loads of space and is beautifully decorated. Linen and Towels provided. Room for kids to play on the lawns and down the long concrete driveway. With 3 living areas it is easy to find room for everyone. Lots of room for parking with room for approximately 8-9 cars. Outdoor entertainment area is perfect for family bbq’s. Easy access to local cafes,supermarkets and hotels all within five to ten minutes walking distance. The yard is secure and pet friendly. It could not be any easier to get to the City or Glenelg with the tram stop located 50 metres away. You will love staying here as much as we do. Everything is so close to get to yet the area around the house is so quiet. It’s very easy to relax here. Small events or gatherings may be negotiable.
Tram is very quick and easy. 30 second walk to tram stop 9 from the front door.
20 minutes to the City. 30 minutes to the entertainment centre at Hindmarsh.12 minutes to Glenelg and the beach.
The City is a 10 minute drive away. Airport is 5 km away. There is a bike track that passes by the house that leads to City or Beach.Adelaide oval is very easy to get to with direct access on the tram from the stop located 50m from our front door.
