This fully furnished apartment with new timber floor is conveniently located behind the main residence, right opposite the beach close to parkland and walking distance to all amenities, such as shopping strip, supermarkets, library, restaurants and short walk to Altona train station. Further more a beautiful beach is right in front of you when you walk out of the house. If you are a kiteboarding lover, you'll find yourself in the middle of it in front of the house. You won't miss all the exciting activities happening all year around. Also we have bicycle racing all year round in Esplanade at weekend.

Summary: Great location with cozy accomodation. A little dated inside but good value for money. Security access can be a little fiddly. Overall I recommend it. The dog is a bit much, I could ignore the aggressive barking every time we came and went but when it nipped at my 7 year old son that was a bit much.
