Everyone that stays at Olive Cottage has loved it. It could sleep 6 in comfort. Note that there is a minimum 4 night stay for all bookings. Olive Cottage is a beautifully restored 'modern' 1920's home, in the best part of North Perth, 3km's from the city with every possible necessity at your doorstep including the ever popular Angove St. Major shopping, bakeries, restaurants and cafe's, pubs, designer fashion retail, public transport and parks exist within 100m, yet Olive Cottage is in a quiet street virtually all to yourself. 3kms away from the city is Edith Cowan University, a 1 bus (leaving every 15mins) 10 min trip away. This three bedroom residence has all the mod-cons and belies its 90 year age, with all rooms recently renovated to contemporary designer standards (finished in August 2012). Two bedrooms have queen beds with the third a double. All with brand new beds, linen, pillows, cupboards and drawers. The kitchen and bathroom are fully-restored with a designer touch. Top-end appliances adorn the kitchen, including Induction Cooktop (safety assured), Pyroletic oven, Convection Microwave Oven and Dishwasher. All cutlery, china, pots and pans, mugs and glassware are new. The lounge is for relaxing, getting comfortable and chilling out... relax in a magically lit room, with high ceilings and all the space you'll need - add a 46' LCD TV and iPod stereo to address your immediate audio/visual needs. An Xbox One is also available upon request. For those requiring Internet access, ADSL2+ WIFI is FREE and UNLIMITED. There is a bbq on the back patio, a full laundry with brand new washing machine and dryer (full clothes line as well) and there are two off-street car parking bays. This is a kids friendly house, with kids dinnerware, Porta-Cot and High-Chair available upon request.
