“Ocean Bliss” is a delightful single-storey family home in Silverleaves just a comfortable walk from the beach & Silverleaves General Store, and only a short drive from all of the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The front Living Room (with smart TV & bluetooth speaker) provides access to Bedroom 1 which has a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet). The Study (perfect for those who want/need to do some work) is in the centre of the home and adjoins the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family Room (with smart TV) which leads out to the side Deck. At the rear of the home are Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with spa bath & shower), separate toilet and Laundry (with washing machine).

Outdoor Areas

The fantastic side Deck (with BBQ, table & chairs for 8-10 people) overlooks the fully enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children. The carport and driveway are able to accommodate up to 4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).

There is ramp access to the rear of the home (through the Laundry) - making this home wheelchair friendly.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, blender, vegetable steamer, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are 4 wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in each of the front Living Room, Lounge Room, Bedroom 1 and the Laundry, ceiling fans in bedroom 2 and the Living Room, wall mounted electric heating in Bedrooms 2 & 3, plus one additional stand-alone heater and two fans which can be used where required (stored in the Study).

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one Single bed (the top bunk may not be suitable for adults)

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
