GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire main floor of this 3,000 square foot space. The basement is NOT accessible and NOT included. It is used for storage purposes. There are NO basement tenants. You have 100% privacy and exclusive use of this home.
Access to the trail and ravine behind the home is possible through the backyard. Please note that the forested area is public property. As such, we are not permitted to landscape this area. This area should NOT be navigated by unsupervised children or those with mobility challenges. The ravine stairs are appropriate for modestly fit adults and to be navigated only at your discretion.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This is an ultra prestigious area of Toronto. The neighbourhood is very tranquil & quiet. Maintaining the neighbours privacy and the communities sense of calm & peace is one of my top priorities. For this reason, I only host mature guests. This is not the place to host a party or event!
