Built in 1960's, this bright and airy home is typical of the architectural period with a split level design.
The home features a combinatin of hardwood floors and carpeted areas. All 3 bedrooms (Queen Beds) are located on the 2nd level.
The main level kitchen if fully equipped and basic cooking supplies are found in the home.
The large dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.
The property benefits from a great central location and walking distance to the Falls and the Fallsview Casino Resort are just a modest 15 minute walk.
There are a multitude of great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the fantastic Portage Bakery plus Dollar Store are just 100 metres away from the house.
The property feature ample green space blanketed by large trees providing welcoming shade in the summer heat.
