Summary: Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen.
